You will start with either a free class, an intro offer to jump straight in, or run you through 2 personal training sessions to assess, address and progress you through our movements at a pace that suits you.

At Bsweat, we want to make sure that you feel comfortable and safe before making your way into the groups, so we do everything we can to make that happen during your 2 personal training sessions.

    We welcome members at any level, from the first time coming to the gym to athletes preparing for competition.

    Bsweat workouts are all designed to be seamlessly scaled towards members at different stages of the journey. All within one class.

    For each exercise, our coaches demonstrate the correct technique. The small size of classes allows coaches to provide you with individualised feedback as you train.

  • Our Intro offer allows you to train for 14 days without limits. During that time you will work with our coaches on setting the ideal schedule that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.
