Who we are

This policy covers www.bsweat.com.au, owned and operated by Bsweat Pty Ltd, trading as Bsweat Fitness Studio ("Bsweat", "we", "us"), 2/107 Stirling Hwy, North Fremantle WA 6159. It explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it. This policy is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

What we collect

We collect personal information you give us directly, including:

• Your name, email, phone number and any message details when you submit a form on this site — for example a discovery call enquiry, a membership hold or cancellation request, or a referral.
• Messages you send through the chat widget on this site.
• Booking and attendance details when you book a class through Wodify, our class-booking platform.
• Basic usage data collected automatically via cookies — pages visited, time on site, and the site that referred you — through Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel.

We do not currently sell products through this website, so we do not collect payment card details here. Membership and class payments are handled directly through Wodify, which has its own privacy practices.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, process membership holds, changes, cancellations and referrals, run classes and bookings, and — where you've agreed to hear from us — send updates about Bsweat. We also use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand how people use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure ad performance, and from our chat and forms provider (GoHighLevel) to operate the chat widget and online forms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; doing so may affect how parts of the site work.

Who we share it with

We share information with the service providers that run parts of this site and our studio operations on our behalf — including our website host, our forms/chat provider (GoHighLevel), our class-booking platform (Wodify), and Google and Meta for analytics and advertising. We don't sell your personal information, and we only share it with providers who are bound to handle it securely. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you're a member or have an active enquiry with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes, after which it's deleted or de-identified.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. If you've opted in to marketing messages, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business or the tools we use. The current version will always be posted on this page.
